Basic / FinOps

This support is intended for customers who manage Cloud services with their own resources.
BGH Tech Partner only accesses the data necessary to be able to provide local billing for the services that the customer uses, this service includes additional billing charges.

Using our FinOps Framework provides a single point of view of the consolidated billing of one or multiple cloud providers, also provides support and suggestions on billing optimization.

  • 2 hours per month (not cumulative) to be used in consulting on new features or services.

Standard

This service extends the tasks of the Basic service and is mainly aimed at clients who implement productive environments and require constant monitoring and maintenance service on the cloud infrastructure.

In this case, BGH Tech Partner will have access to the administration console to carry out more in-depth monitoring, and based on experience, make recommendations and take the necessary actions to make the most of using cloud services.

  • 7 maximum 2nd level support tickets, 3rd level escalation to the vendor.
